How quickly will I get a reply?
- We answer quotation requests within one working day.
What is the lead time?
- Stocked products ship in 5-7 days; production orders take 10-14 days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
- 5 units for a standard order; OEM branding starts at 50 units.
Can you customise a scale?
- Dimensions, material and capacity can be customised. Standard customisation is free of charge; if special drawings are required a sample fee may apply.
What does the warranty cover?
- Metal structural parts of the scale body carry no warranty. Electronic products such as load cells and indicators are warranted for one year against non-human damage.
Can you supply certification documentation?
- Where certification is required, we will support the process with documentation to the best of our ability.
