What we make
Pilot Scale Co., Ltd. integrates research, manufacturing and sales, and runs its own welding and surface treatment processes. That is why we can supply a complete scale and, equally, the parts another scale maker needs.

Four things we are set up to do
Our production covers finished scales and the parts that go into them.
Industrial scale parts
Heavier fabrications for platform scales, pit scales and floor scales, including load-cell mounting structures.
Custom weighing solutions
Non-standard scales and weighing systems built around a customer drawing or a process requirement.
Hardware stamping and welded products
Pressed sheet-metal parts and welded fabrications, made on our own equipment.
Process
Done in our own plant
- Sheet cutting and forming — laser cutting, folding and CNC tube bending.
- Welding — square-tube, folded-plate and full-penetration seam welding for scale bodies.
- Surface treatment — shot blasting with electrostatic coating, bead blasting and brushed finishes.
- Stainless fabrication — laser-welded stainless bodies for wash-down and hygiene applications.
- Assembly and calibration — scales leave the plant complete with an indicator fitted and tested.
Working with us
OEM and ODM
- OEM branding starts at 50 units.
- Dimensions, material and capacity can be customised. Standard customisation is free of charge; if special drawings are required a sample fee may apply.
- Where certification is required, we will support the process with documentation to the best of our ability.
- Metal structural parts of the scale body carry no warranty. Electronic products such as load cells and indicators are warranted for one year against non-human damage.
